Send it to my screen

Point your phone at a barcode, a shelf tag, a serial number — and it lands on the screen where you actually need it. Across the room, or across the country.

Take it on the phone; read it on the screen.

Get the Mac app

The screen half of this is a Mac app. It is free, and it is what receives what your phone sends.

Download for Mac

Requires macOS 13.2 or later. Signed and notarised by Apple.

How it works

  1. Open the app on the Mac, iPad or Apple TV you want to send to.
  2. On your phone, pick that screen and take the photo.
  3. It appears there straight away — barcodes and text already read out for you.

On your Wi‑Fi, or anywhere

On the same network, photos go straight from your phone to the screen and touch nothing else. Away from it, they travel through a relay that carries only sealed bytes: it never sees your photos, your notes, or your names — just how big something was and when it passed through. Nothing reaches a screen until that screen's owner has said yes.

Been sent an invite?

Invite links look like sendittomyscreen.app/i/… — open the one you were sent on the device you want to send from. They are single-use and short-lived, so ask for a fresh one if yours has expired.
